DJF Oatmeal Powered Pancakes:1 cup raw oats1 scoop protein powder3 egg whites1 1/2 tsp cinnamon2 packets sweetener1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 cup of waterBlend together for 30 seconds, then pour and cook like a normal pancake. Make plenty so others can enjoy.
