DJF Playlist: Your Winner

I got a great response on facebook and twitter after asking you to choose your favorite of three tracks to be added to my workout playlist. All three were in the top twenty of ‘Men’s Health’ top fitness tracks, and offered something for all musical tastes.
 
The unanimous winner was ‘Lose Yourself’ by Eminem. With a solid 85 beats per minute and passionate vocals, this track is perfect to take into the gym with you and makes an awesome addition to my Grooveshark playlist. Download it here, add it to your iPod and watch your exercise routine improve dramatically!!
