This is a recipe sent in by a good friend of mine and it’s a real winner. But don’t take it from me, give it a try yourself.
1.5 lbs ground chicken breast or ground turkey breast (simple ground turkey or ground chicken has dark meat in it and is significantly higher in fat)
4 egg whites
1/2 cup ketchup
I mix the above – you could add some reduced fat cheese or parmesan, as it is low in fat – spread in a 9 X 13 baking dish – sprayed with pam – and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. great cold for lunch on a salad.
