DJF Chinese Kitchen – The Final Chapter!
Ok, here’s the last installment of DJF Kitchen from China. I’m back in the US at the end of the week but in the meantime, here are three super delicious & nutritious recipes. Packed with protein, they’re the perfect accompaniment to your daily workout. As with the other’s I’ve published, they’re very straightforward. Master them, and incorporate them into your diet – no excuses!!
DJF Oatmeal Powered Pancakes:
1 cup raw oats1 scoop protein powder3 egg whites1 1/2 tsp cinnamon2 packets sweetener1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 cup of waterBlend together for 30 seconds, then pour and cook like a normal pancake. Make plenty so others can enjoy.
Protein Mocha Coffee Blend:
This is the new breakfast of champions, Hong Kong style.1 cup brewed coffee1/2 cup chocolate protein powder1/2 cup low fat milkMix together and enjoy. Or, take cold coffee, add ice, and drink cold.
ManhattanMuscle Peanut Butter Protein Milkshake:
Delicious and perfect for mass gainers or just a healthy treat.2 scoops protein powder2 scoops ice cream2 table spoons of Peanut Butter1 cup milkBananaIceBlend and watch that muscle grow!!
Conclusion:Visit Hong Kong and bring Whey Protein Powder, as it’s surely not on the shelf next to the Chinese herbs.
